TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By registering as an exhibitor, you understand and agree to follow all policies, terms and conditions as set forth below, in the Fern Exhibitor Kit and as outlined by the Greater Columbus Convention Center (refer to policies and procedures at www.columbusconventions.com)
In the event of cancellation of the tradeshow due to fire, strikes, act of God, government regulations, or any cause beyond control, OTF shall determine an equitable basis for the refund of fees after consideration of expenditures and commitments already made. No refunds will be given based on attendance or perceived value of the tradeshow.
Exhibitors will display only merchandise regularly sold by them. Spaces shall not be shared or sublet unless approved by OTF management. Exhibits must remain open until the closing of the tradeshow. Early packing is prohibited. All sales gimmicks, promotions and giveaways must be approved by OTF management prior to the tradeshow. Soliciting of trade must be confined to within your own exhibit booth.
Exhibitor is responsible for any damage caused to the facility intentionally or unintentionally. Exhibitors displaying vehicles agree that the vehicle will have less than one quarter tank or less of fuel. Batteries must be disconnected and plastic must be placed under the vehicle.
With your attendance at this event, you realize that you and/or your products and staff may be included in publicity photos. You hereby give my consent to the event’s producers and any media covering the event to use such photos and/or comments in future promotional material or articles pertaining to the tradeshow or OTF.
THE OHIO TURFGRASS FOUNDATION, FOUNDATION MANAGEMENT, PARTNER SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY SUSTAINED BY AN EXHIBITOR, HIS AGENTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON, CAUSED BY FIRE, THEFT, WATER, ACCIDENTS, OR IN ANY OTHER MANNER, WHETER CAUSED BY AN ACT OR FAILURE TO ACT, EITHER INTENTIONALLY OR NEGLIGENTLY CAUSED BY CONDUCT OF THE OHIO TURFGRASS FOUNDATION, FOUNDATION MANAGEMENT, PARTNER SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES OR BY A PARTY OR PARTIES OTHER THAN THE OHIO TURFGRASS FOUNDATION, FOUNDATION MANAGEMENT, PARTNER SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES. THE EXHIBITOR HEREBY AGREES TO FULLY INDEMNIFY AND HOLD FOREVER HARMLESS THE OHIO TURFGRASS FOUNDATION, FOUNDATION MANAGEMENT, PARTNER SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY SUSTAINED BY AN EXHIBITOR OR ANY OTHER PERSON CAUSED BY FIRE, THEFT, WATER, ACCIDENTS, OR IN ANY OTHER MANNER RESULTING FROM THE ACT OR FAILURE TO ACT OF THE UNDERSIGNED EXHIBITOR, HIS AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, OR BY ANY OTHER PARTY OR PARTIES.
Selection order is determined by the date in which your booth(s) are purchased. Exhibitors will be contacted by show management when it is their turn for booth selection.
Tradeshow floor is subject to change. Management reserves the right to adjust booth locations at their discretion. Should adjustments be required, management will contact exhibitors to find a comparable location.
